As we enter the final quarter of 2015 The Carl Rizzuto Team have seen a marked improvement not only with listings of new properties but also in sales too. This we believe will continue through 2016 and beyond.
We have also noted a small, but even so, an increase in prices achieved by home owners since the turn of the year. Although it is not a buyers or sellers market currently properties that are fairly priced are selling quite quickly.
We currently have a strong demand for homes in Abacoa in the $350 -$500,000 price range and would like to be in a position where we could offer them more a greater choice of homes. If you are thinking of selling we would be pleased to give you an appraisal.
With the 2008/ 2009 market crash and and a surge in foreclosures many lenders made it difficult for even those with an impeccable credit rating to obtain a mortgage. With the real estate market being healthier and more realistically priced it is far easier to find a lender for your mortgage and get good rates.
With new estates being built through out Palm Beach County, most notably the new Alton Village under construction on the south side of Donald Ross. With over 2,700 residences planned to be built over the next two years and 1/2 million sq ft of retail space we are not the only people with a positive outlook for our beautiful area.
This coming week we see the opening of Tiger Woods new restaurant “The Woods Jupiter: Sports and Dining Club” we wish him well and look forward to sampling the fare.
