The Palm Beach County Housing Market

    Waterfront Property jupiter

There seems to be a wind of change in the Jupiter housing market but too early for our team to put our fingers on it. The equities markets have been volatile. Interest rates are dropping again plus our winter visitors are moving back into town so stay clear of Jetty’s & U-Tiki!! Initial signs point to another big season down here in South Florida, and fingers crossed for another no hurricane season as it draws to an end.

We are actively seeking homes for clients in the Abacoa area specifically and we are sorry to say that right now we simply do not have as much inventory as we would like and  with the winter season fast approaching we need to find some Jupiter real estate. From the evidence we have as at September 15th, the number of properties for sale in the Northern Palm Beaches has actually gone up over the past 30 days. The increase was minimal, only 5 total units, but it was the first mid-month increase we have seen since January 2015 so homeowners who have been sitting on their property waiting for some kind of increase maybe feeling now is the time to sell.

Evenso buyers have just over 17% fewer choices than they did this time 2014. If we look back to the seasonal high of January 2015 we are down almost 22%. So if you are thinking of selling your home in Palm Beach County NOW would be a VERY good time to have your home appraised. Would be buyers do not have the usual choice of Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens homes that they have had in the past and therefore the demand will out weigh the supply and once again prices could move  higher.

So if you are a buyer we suggest that if you have found somewhere make a decision quickly and if you are thinking of selling …………….please contact us ASAP we have buyers waiting.

Please call us now and see how we can make your sales experience  special , call 561 296 8420 .

    Have a great week

    Kind regards

    Carl Rizzuto
